2.2.1 User Onboarding Experience

ConverSight onboarding is swift and instinctive, you can learn to use the application very easily. Your onboarding experience begins when you log in for the first time.

Login

Enter your email and password on the login page and click on the login button to get into the chat window to begin your Conversational Insights experience.

To login:

1. Enter your email and click the next button

2. Enter your password, and click on the login button

2.2.2 Finding your Way Around

ConverSight is organized into several sections to make it easier to use. You can access them by using the menu bar.

You can find the following features in ConverSight:

• User Icon

• Notifications

• Dashboard

• Proactive Insights

• Knowledge Graph

• Help Icon

• Feedback

User Icon

The user icon allows you to view your profile, impersonate, change your password, and optional logging out. To view the user icons, click on the user icon in the top right corner of the page. To learn more about this section, visit the user profile.

Notifications

Shows all activities or recent activities that happen from your account. You can check on the items done by clicking on the respective notifications. Admin activities will be informed.

To view the notifications, click the Bell icon on the top right corner of the page.

Insights

Insights are trends, correlations, explanations of increases, explanations of decreases, and outliers (values unique from what is typical in your data).

Control Tower

Control tower makes accessing and viewing of insights easier. We can create our own towers and visualize the required insights.

Dashboard

The dashboard is a collection of important pinned insights. You can create your dashboard or add to an existing one. After creating a dashboard, it can be shared with others. The dashboards page also shows a list of saved dashboards. Click on the required dashboard to view, edit, or share.

2.2.3 ConverSight Browser Access

Conversight.ai is accessible through web browsers of any OS, android, and iOS devices. Before accessing ConverSight, you need:

• The web address (IP address or server name) for ConverSight

• A web browser

• A username and password for ConverSight.

Firefox: 68.x, 69.x, and later

Chrome: 76.x, 77.x, and later

Edge: 81.0.416.53, and later

Safari: 13.x, and later
