The chat window is where you need to query for getting your data/insights. You can get the required data and insights through a simple voice command or by just typing your query in very basic language. Smaller icons represent a visualization of data that you get on clicking the same.
Access Request
Used Impersonate you can give access to the user request. Click on the Access Request tab, and you can select the users name, then send any messages to the user, if any, and click on the submit button. Users can the access the login page.
Access Given
Click on the Access Given tab, users can read or write on your data. The application will be allowed to use your credentials.
About Your User Profile
The user icon lets you view your profile, impersonate, change the password, or log out of ConverSight. To view the user actions, click your user icon on the top right corner of the page.
Click Profile to navigate to your profile, where you can add your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Display Name, and Designation.
Notice that you can now see the My Profile interface.
When you need to change your password, navigate to My Profile, and under Preferences, enter the following information:
Current Password
New Password
Confirm Password
Note: Your password must contain three of the following: uppercase letters A-Z, lowercase letters a-z, special characters (like !#$), or numbers 0-9. Your password must be at least eight characters long, then click Update.
To Logout of your ConverSight account, click on the user profile on the top right of the interface, and choose Logout.
