2.5 Control Tower

Control tower makes accessing and viewing of insights easier. We can create our own towers and visualize the required insights.

You can zoom and view using the +/- symbols in the bottom right corner of the window page.

You can adjust and view the flowchart using the arrow keys icon on left side bottom of the window page.

Show Legends

To view legends, click on the "show legends" icon on right top corner of the window.

You can check if any agents are assigned or not using the show legends icon.

Metrics

To view the status, click on the graph metrics icon on the top right corner of the window.

Apply Filter

Click on Filter icon, where you can apply the details of the supply chain inventory. Select the Date and click on Apply filters button to view the inventory.

Export to PDF

To view the inventory details in PDF format, click on the Export to PDF icon on the top right corner of the window.

Edit Icon

Click on the Edit icon, where you can edit the icons of the summary flow chart, then click on the save button.
