Create a new pinboard to the group and manage related search results.
A Dashboard contains the collection of your charts, graphs, and any other insights which you have pinned.
You can pin charts and tables to any pinboard you have created and those that have been shared with you with the edit privilege. When you create a pinboard, you can share it with other people with either the view or edit privilege. Pinboards are interactive, and allows you to perform actions like filtering, excluding values, and drilling down on the visualizations.
Add a pinboard
You will get the dialog box for adding to a Pinboard, enter a new Pinboard name, then click on the create and add button, which will then save it and add it to the pinboard.
Your saved pinboards can be viewed in the Dashboard bar on the left side of the Webchat window.
The Dashboard has 2 sections: My Dashboards & Shared Dashboards. More details about them are given below.
My Dashboards is like a folder to view your pinned items. You can find the insights pinned in your dashboards and share them with your team easily.
Your pinned insights will be displayed in a graphical representation, columns, and tables.
When you click on Run Report on right top of the window, you can get the report you like and click on the "save customization" button for getting the correct report.
Click on the Share icon from the My Dashboard page. You can share the selected dashboard.
Select the user's email address and you can share your selected Pinboard graph.
You can schedule a pinboard job for any pinboard. Click the Calendar icon on the top right corner of the My Dashboard selected pinboard.
In the Scheduled Pinboard dialog box, you can add your email address as well as emails you would like to CC. You can set your schedule to daily or weekly and can also set your timings. Once you save your scheduled pinboard, it will be sent to the recipient email with your set timings.
If you want to edit the original pinboard, click on the Rename icon, and you can change your pinboard name.
Click on the Delete icon, you can delete the selected Pinboard.
When you click the Yes button, your selected pinboard will be deleted.
Click on Export to PDF icon, you can download the dashboard to the PDF file.
In ConverSight, you can download the entire pinboard in PDF format, so you can share it with people inside and outside your organization.
Shared Dashboards are like a folder. You will have all the dashboards that have been shared with you by others.
When you click on Selected Pinboards shared by others using the Shared Dashboards, you will get the graph report. You can download by exporting it as a PDF or a Word document or you can view using different types of chart lists.
Filters, including bulk filters and exclude filters, can be applied to pinboards just as with tables and charts. These kinds of filters apply to an entire pinboard, making it easy to see only the data that you are interested in across the tables and charts within a pinboard.
Filter the selected column name and save it to the pinboard changes.
Click on the icon on the insights page, then you can add your query report to Pinboards. In the dialog box, you can click the + Create new pinboard.
